She is an Associate Professor of Allied Health at a college in Philadelphia and brings decades of nutrition teaching experience into her work with patients. She makes nutrition research and guidance easy to apply and tailored to you. Melissa is also a plant-based food blogger and recipe developer.

Yanjie has been a Dietitian for 19 years and holds a B.S. in Human Nutrition and a M.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Science. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator and an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Queens College. As a diabetes specialist, she brings deep expertise in blood sugar management, including nutrition, lifestyle and exercise counseling, carb counting, and CGM and insulin use. She also supports patients across a wide range of metabolic, hormonal, and life-stage health needs.
Yanjie combines evidence-based care with a whole-person understanding of your lifestyle, culture, behavior, and lived experience. She helps you build lasting skills and confidence for long-term health, not dependence on rigid plans. Together, you’ll set clear goals, build a personalized plan, and define practical steps for ongoing support.
Ally is a Registered Dietitian in both Canada and the United States. She holds an MPH in Nutrition from Harvard University and a B.S. in Dietetics from McGill University. Her experience spans public health, private practice, hospitals, and long-term care. She has worked with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Canadian health departments, and currently serves as a licensing exam assessor for registered dietitians.
Since no two individuals are the same, Ally works with patients to design highly individualized plans to help them reach and maintain their health goals. With a focus on balanced nutrition, mindful eating, and behavior change strategies, Ally helps patients navigate challenges and build a positive relationship with food.
